Appointment and Dismissal of Internal Auditors

❶The company stipulated in KDS-2A-00-023 "Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles" on August 19, 2020 that the appointment, dismissal, evaluation, and compensation of internal auditors shall be submitted by the audit supervisor to the chairman of the board of directors for approval; the evaluation shall be conducted once a year, and the appointment and dismissal rules are disclosed in the internal regulations of the Company.

❷ The appointment, dismissal, evaluation and salary compensation of our internal auditors are in accordance with the "Regulations on Learning and Appointment of New Employees", "Regulations on Salary Calculation" and "Regulations on Personnel Change Management".
